AUSTRALIA

  • In stock items will be posted out within 2-3 business days. Made to order pieces are usually 1-2 weeks. If you're in a rush please message me and I'll see what I can do 

  • Shipping to Australia is by US Postal Service First-Class Mail 1-4 weeks and will incur a AU$15.00 fee (I absorb some of the shipment costs to Australia)

 

UNITED STATES

 

  • In stock items will be posted out within 2-3 business days. Made to order pieces are usually 1-2 weeks. If you're in a rush please message me and I'll see what I can do 

  • Shipping within the US is by US Postal Service First-Class Mail 1-5 business days and will incur a AU$7.00 fee (approx US$5.25). Free on all orders over AU$250.00 (approx US$187)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND EXCLUDING AUSTRALIA)

 

  • In stock items will be posted out within 2-3 business days. Made to order pieces are usually 1-2 weeks. If you're in a rush please message me and I'll see what I can do 

  • Standard shipping outside of the United States will incur a AU$25.00 (approx US$18) shipping fee. I ship everything by US Postal Service First-Class Mail 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination

Insurance

If you'd like to purchase insurance or upgraded shipping, do contact me PRIOR to purchasing the item, as I will need to calculate these additional charges.

 

Please understand that while postal companies follow every protocol to ensure your item is delivered safely, once a parcel is marked as 'shipped', I cannot be responsible in the unlikely event that it is lost in transit.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Refunds for Returns or Exchanges

Just contact me within 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

 

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
